Our client, a leader is a recently funded B2B SaaS vendor seeking a Partner Account Manager to support the growth and success of its expanding partner ecosystem. This role is integral to developing strategic relationships, enabling partner success, and driving joint revenue through collaborative go-to-market initiatives.

Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you’ll help ensure partners are supported, aligned with business objectives, and positioned to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with resellers, systems integrators, and channel partners to cultivate long-term collaboration and growth.
  • Deliver training and access to sales tools, ensuring partners are equipped to effectively represent and sell the client’s technology offerings.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to launch campaigns and co-branded initiatives aligned with partner strategies.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans, support lead generation activities, and monitor sales performance across your portfolio.
  • Track partner KPIs, assess trends, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and market impact.
  • Liaise with internal teams to align partner activities with overall business strategy and market objectives.
  • Oversee partner agreements, ensuring they align with current business needs and adhere to compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in partner/channel management, business development, or a related role in B2B software, telecom, or utility sectors.
  • Proven success in growing revenue through partner channels and managing complex partner relationships.
  • Experience in building and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation at all levels.
  • Proficiency with CRM or partner enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Willingness to travel for partner engagement, events, and training sessions as needed
