About the role
The Senior SAP Consultant is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in SAP implementation projects. With a solid background in SAP and a minimum of 2 full cycle project implementation experiences, this role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configuring SAP solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, the Senior SAP Consultant is expected to mentor and advise junior consultants, sharing their knowledge and experience.

In this role, the ability to step out of one's comfort zone and continuously learn about new SAP technologies is crucial. As SAP evolves, staying current and adapting to innovative solutions is essential for success.

Work you will do

Project Delivery: In the realm of project delivery, you'll play an integral role within project teams, occasionally assuming leadership responsibilities. Your core duties encompass the comprehensive management of your module, including its seamless integration with external systems and solutions. This entails a spectrum of activities, from dissecting business requirements and system design to configuration, customization, implementation, testing, training, data migration facilitating the Go-live phase, and extending support post-implementation.

Collaboration and Client Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders and clients of all levels, including team members and supervisors, to comprehend their needs and expectations. By actively engaging with clients, you will ensure that the deliverables surpass their expectations.

Problem-Solving & User Experience Empathy: Your role involves exploring innovative methodologies to address complex challenges. Your creative problem-solving skills will prove instrumental in developing unique and impactful solutions. Moreover, you will maintain a keen focus on enhancing the user experience, prioritizing the optimization of user interactions and overall usability.

Grow into a Leader: Your journey as a leader entails nurturing professional growth and knowledge-sharing initiatives among your colleagues and junior consultants through mentorship and guidance.

Participate in Pre-Sales

Activities:

You'll collaborate with Presales consultants to assess the viability of proposed solutions. Your role involves scrutinizing effort estimates to ensure alignment with project scope and additional business requisites during the proposal phase. Additionally, you'll occasionally take the lead in presenting proposal and solution approaches within your designated module during pitching sessions.

If you are someone with:

Bachelor's Degree or higher degree
Excellent knowledge and extensive work experience in any of FI, CO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, PM module
Skilled in requirement gathering, blueprint design, configuration, customization, testing, training, data migration, and maintenance of mentioned modules.
At least 2 full cycle project implementations/upgrades.
Has integration knowledge with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
