Position: IT Specialist with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a IT Specialist to support a company focused on providing satellite software services within the DoD. This position is hybrid in Arvada, CO. This is a direct-hire opportunity supporting a growing company in secure, resilient power and technology systems. The specialist will build, secure, and operate IT infrastructure across both new office environments and classified SCIF spaces.

Responsibilities for the IT Specialist include:
* Deploy, secure, and maintain IT infrastructure inside SCIF environments, including CWAN, DISN, SIPR, and JWICS networks.
* Stand up new office IT environments, including networking, workstations, printers, connectivity, and general system setup.
* Support end-user systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and maintain reliable, secure workstation environments.
* Ensure compliance with RMF, JSIG, ICD-503/705, NISPOM, and all security accreditation standards.
* Coordinate with ISSM, FSO, vendors, and government accrediting partners to maintain operational readiness and accreditation.

Required Qualifications for the IT Specialist include:
* 5+ years of experience supporting IT systems in classified or SCIF environments, plus experience with office IT infrastructure.
* Hands-on experience with CWAN, DISN, SIPR, JWICS, secure workstations, KVMs, VTC systems, and secure communications devices.
* Strong skills in networking, system troubleshooting, workstation setup, security hardening, documentation, and vendor coordination.
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Active Secret clearance or higher Compensation for the IT Specialist includes:
* Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
