PC Support Techician

Position:
Dynamic PC Support

This role involves tasks related to repairing various client products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktops and laptops, supporting desk-side applications and infrastructure, and interacting directly with clients to resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within established service level agreements
• Meet customer satisfaction criteria according to guidelines and policies
• Complete administrative tasks associated with each call
• Report all activities accurately and promptly
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery
• Manage assets and inventory efficiently
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet business requirements

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Technical school certification or equivalent; 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Customer service experience is a plus

Certifications and Qualifications:

• Maintain OEM certifications as directed
• Knowledge of relevant hardware and software
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, registration, and insurance

Skills

• Effective communication of technical issues
• Ability to drive to client locations and handle long-distance and overnight assignments
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Own a basic repair toolkit
