Position: IT Support Technician ( PC Refresh )

* Our client is seeking a Workstation Deployment Support Technician to join their team where you will be part of the IT Department supporting a PC refresh project.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

** Westminster, Colorado (5 days onsite)

** Pay Range:**  $24-26.50/hour, based on experience

** What's the Job?*
* + Install, uninstall, and configure desktop hardware and software according to organizational standards.

+ Process tasks related to voice, video, and data systems to ensure seamless deployment and operation.

+ Document technical procedures and operational instructions to support ongoing maintenance and training.

+ Provide on-site and remote assistance to users during workstation migration and deployment activities.

+ Maintain accurate logs, asset records, and issue tracking documentation to ensure accountability and transparency.

** What's Needed?*
* + Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.

+ Experience imaging workstations, including desktops and laptops, following organizational standards.

+ Ability to train user groups on new equipment and software features effectively.

+ Strong documentation skills for technical procedures and operational instructions.

+ Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between users and the IT team.
