This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of an IFS ERP system. The company recently went live with IFS and is looking for an experienced professional to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and work collaboratively with business units. This role offers a chance to work in a newly established Centre of Excellence (CoE), helping to refine support processes and drive system adoption.

This is a 6-month contract with potential for conversion.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of an IFS ERP system. The company recently went live with IFS and is looking for an experienced professional to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and work collaboratively with business units. This role offers a chance to work in a newly established Centre of Excellence (CoE), helping to refine support processes and drive system adoption.

This is a 6-month contract with potential for conversion.

• Provide first and second-line support for the IFS ERP system, troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

• Monitor system performance, execute maintenance tasks, and support system updates and enhancements.

• Manage user roles and permissions while ensuring security best practices.

• Act as a point of contact for end-user support, delivering training and maintaining support documentation.

• Identify recurring issues and proactively implement solutions to prevent future problems.

• Assist with data integrity management and reporting to optimize system performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements.

• Contribute to the evolution of the Centre of Excellence by refining best practices and introducing automation.

• 3+ years of experience with IFS 10 or IFS Cloud.

• 3+ years of experience supporting, implementing, and maintaining integrated applications.

• 5+ years of experience in application support and troubleshooting.

• Expertise in one or more of the following IFS modules:
  Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, Human Capital Management, Asset & Service Management.

• Understanding of IFS Solutions Manager, including functionality, profiles, and permission setup.

• Ability to perform workflow automation and familiarity with ERP implementation processes.

• Proficiency in ITILv3 best practices.

• Ability to translate technical information into business language.

• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

• Database or SQL experience.

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8-hour workdays with no on-call responsibilities.
