D irector of Information Technology

As the IT Director, you will manage all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, security, and data management. As a strategic thinker and strong leader, you should possess a broad range of technical knowledge and skills to ensure the organization's technology operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.

Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Director of IT will include:

IT Management: Deliver system administration and support on all IT infrastructure including on premise and cloud solutions to ensure safe and secure environments while proactively managing risks. Includes design, implementation, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network systems.

End User Support: Develop process, procedure and documentation while providing full lifecycle of end user support. This includes troubleshooting all incidents and end user support requests, determining resolution, working with MSP or Vendors where applicable and determining long term strategies to reduce tickets and increase user satisfaction.

Security and Risk Management: Deliver system administration and support on all IT infrastructure including on premise and cloud solutions to ensure safe and secure environments while proactively managing risks. Includes design, implementation, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network systems.

Application Integration and Support: S upport integration between systems, work with vendors and business partners to troubleshoot and resolve software and data issues. Support full application life cycle of technology systems in conjunction with Business Analysts from requirements gathering to vendor/system evaluation, selection, implementation, user training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of systems.

Relationships: M anage and build strong relationships with external vendors and service providers. Establish effective and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders consistently providing excellent service to the organization.
