Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Asset Protection Equipment and Technology leads the strategy, design, development, and execution of VF’s global asset protection technology ecosystem. The role develops and manages a clear technology roadmap, ensures systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs while protecting people, products, and assets. It sets the long‑term vision for asset protection technology at VF and modernizes platforms, standardizes solutions, and uses data‑driven insights to enable proactive loss prevention and safer environments across the enterprise.

• Lead the global strategy for asset protection equipment and technology across VF facilities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end technology roadmap from assessment through implementation.
• Lead selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of security technologies.
• Establish global standards and governance for AP technology.
• Partner closely with IT to ensure secure system integration and data privacy.
• Manage capital and operating budgets for AP technology programs.
• Lead vendor strategy, including RFPs and performance management.
• Monitor emerging technologies and pilot innovative solutions.
• Develop metrics to measure system effectiveness and ROI.
• Support investigations and incident response through reliable technology tools.
• Travel as needed up to 30%.

• 8+ years of experience in asset protection or security technology leadership.
• Experience building and executing enterprise technology strategies.
• Experience supporting multi‑site, geographically distributed operations.

Hiring Range: $ – $ USD annually. Incentive Potential: additional compensation awards may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
