Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) to facilitate agile processes, ensure team alignment, and help deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
- Remove impediments that block the team’s progress.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
- Support continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
- Promote transparency and effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Help teams adopt Agile best practices and scale Scrum across multiple teams if applicable.
