Aleut is seeking an Orbital Warfare (OW) Curriculum Maintenance and Development Support Specialist to provide OW support at the 57th Space Aggressor Squadron (SAS), Schriever SFB CO for mission planning, system support, education, and training of Space Aggressors.
WORK STARTS 1 JULY
Specific Duties- Provide comprehensive maintenance and development of the unit's Orbital Warfare training curriculum and courseware
- Confirm the accuracy, currency, and accessibility of all training materials based on the evolving threat landscape and adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
- Conduct a comprehensive annual curriculum review report covering 100% of existing unit orbital warfare courseware
- Continuously adapt training materials to reflect the evolving threat landscape and provide updated adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures curriculum inclusions within 60 days of the release of updated intelligence assessments
- Attain and maintain certification as an OW operator and instructor
- Expert knowledge in orbital mechanics and science relevant to OW
- Knowledge of OW mission systems to include Anti‑Satellite (ASAT) weapons (Direct Ascent and On‑orbit)
- Knowledge of RPO planning, Space Object Surveillance Identification (SOSI) deconfliction, TT&C planning, and ASAT launch planning
- Experience with planning, briefing, or executing Non‑Kinetic Effects (NKE) assets to achieve mission objectives
- Subject matter expert in adversary space systems, capabilities, and adversary TTPs
- Proficient with Systems Tool Kit (STK) software, including level 3 STK certification, and similar planning tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required
- 4 years of experience with orbital warfare (orbital analysis or RPO)
Salary Range: $120K-$140K Depending on Qualifications
