* Determine user needs and requirements to recommend ways to improve systems.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
* Identify, document, report, and track system issues.
* Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirements.
* Manage large inputs of data and changes to data with organizational and analytical skills.
