Position Overview
TEKsystems is seeking a senior SAP FICO Configuration Analyst for a contract lasting through 2026, with potential extension into 2027 or conversion to full‑time. The role will be hybrid: onsite 3 days a week (Tue‑Thu) in Westminster/Denver area, and 2 days remote.

Contract position based out of Westminster, CO.
Pay Range: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Participate in analysis and design of business processes and implement SAP system enhancements.
- Configure SAP system to support business processes and transactions.
- Analyze and support reporting across the organization.
- Execute configuration requests for SAP.
- Identify and promote new business opportunities, improvements, and standard methods to address project complexity.
- Research and recommend enterprise‑wide best practices, standards, and tools.
- Provide training to end users and create documentation.
- Educate organization on role, processes, and importance of business systems analysis.
- Support Finance team to ensure they have what they need from SAP; collaborate with solution architect on enhancements.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum 7 years of SAP applications experience with process and configuration expertise in A/P, A/R, Billing & Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, GL, Project Systems (master data, settlement, actuals), and timekeeping.
- Excellent analytical and translation of business functionality into clear functional specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Effective collaboration with both business and technical teams.
- Experience in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
- Related degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Concur, VIM, and Vertex.
- Working knowledge of Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
- Understanding of SAP security.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
