The Beyond Human Method is a transformational coaching and education company helping women entrepreneurs build lives and businesses rooted in alignment, abundance, and freedom. Led by founder Tamara Rose, TBHM runs group coaching programs, self-paced courses, and a premium membership called the Divine Self Mastery Program.
This internship is a real‑world marketing role inside a growing personal brand and coaching business. You’ll work directly with the founder and gain hands‑on experience across content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and digital marketing operations.
ROLE OVERVIEWThe Marketing Intern supports BHM’s content and marketing efforts across four social media platforms, weekly email campaigns, and the website.
You’ll work closely with Tamara, who brings the vision, content, and on‑camera presence. Your job is to take that energy and turn it into consistent, optimized, on‑brand output across each channel.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Content (Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In)- Support Tamara in planning and maintaining a consistent weekly posting schedule across Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In
- Write captions, hooks, and descriptions aligned with BHM’s voice and content pillars
- Repurpose content across platforms (e.g., Tik Tok video → Linked In post → You Tube Short)
- Schedule and publish posts using BHM’s tools
- Monitor comments and engagement — flag anything that needs Tamara’s direct response
- Track weekly performance metrics (views, followers, engagement rate) and add to the BHM dashboard
- Draft three weekly emails using Tamara’s voice
- Submit drafts to Tamara for review and approval before sending
- Send approved emails via Mailchimp and track open rates
- Maintain and lightly update existing email funnels as needed
- Publish weekly blog posts to the BHM website
- Perform light on‑page SEO optimization on new and existing pages (titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text)
- Upload and update client testimonials on program pages and the website
- Flag any broken links, outdated content, or pages that need attention
- Update the BHM business dashboard weekly with social media analytics, email open rates, and other key metrics
- Pull data from Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, and Mailchimp into the reporting tracker
- Prepare a brief weekly summary report for Tamara
- Content marketing strategy for personal brands and coaching businesses
- Email copywriting and campaign management using Mailchimp
- Social media content planning, repurposing, and scheduling
- Basic SEO principles and on‑page optimization
- Marketing analytics and performance reporting
- How a high‑ticket coaching business operates from the inside
- Strong writing skills — you can write in someone else’s voice and adapt your tone
- Familiar with Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In as content platforms
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- Interest in women’s entrepreneurship, personal development, or the coaching industry is a plus
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or any website platform (Squarespace, Word Press, etc.) is a bonus
- Mailchimp: email campaigns and list management
- Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In: content publishing and analytics
- Canva: graphics and visual content
- Google Sheets: weekly data entry and reporting
- Google Drive: shared SOPs, templates, and resources
