Lead Analyst

Overview

Epsilon’s award‑winning COREID identity solution is the foundation of Epsilon’s industry‑leading performance marketing solutions. As a Lead Analyst of Identity Analytics, you’ll be joining a small team with a big impact. Your role will include reporting on KPIs for Epsilon’s identity, evaluating potential partners, and forecasting the impact of ecosystem changes and new features. You will work cross‑functionally with teams such as Decision Science Identity, Product, Engineering, and Data Partnerships.

• Own execution of identity analytical processes with limited supervision, including expected yield from new data sources and impact of ecosystem changes
• Perform exploratory analyses and proof of concepts for methods under exploration
• Become a subject matter expert in COREID
• Develop scenario analyses to meet business objectives based on various identity strategies
• Contribute insights and planning for further enhancements to CORE
• Work collaboratively and cross‑functionally to develop analytical approaches to business questions

• Profile
  • Degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally to achieve results
  • Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects simultaneously and independently
  • Curiosity and willingness to self‑teach
  • Interested in applying analysis to make business decisions
  • Understanding of Mar Tech and AdTech industries preferred
• Analytical
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non‑analytical collaborators
  • Ability to extract insights from data sets and apply to business problems/decisions
  • Experience exploring and presenting data via enterprise data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Sound critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Technical
  • Advanced experience with SQL
  • Demonstrated big data experience
    • Spark, Hive, Scala preferred
  • Familiarity with other data tools such as Python or R preferred

Compensation Range: USD $87,100.00 - USD $ Annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
