Procurement Manager – TS​/SCI with Polygraph

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services
• Coordinate requirements gathering, sourcing, vendor engagement, and purchase package development
• Track procurement requests and maintain accurate status, funding, lead time, and risk records
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, program management, and finance teams
• Maintain procurement documentation such as purchase requests and approvals
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline acquisition workflows

• 6+ years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of IT procurement
• Excellent organization and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph

Demonstrates expertise in IT procurement processes, including vendor engagement, documentation management, and process improvement. Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
