The Data Automation Coordinator works with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Water Quality Control Division to translate business procedures into electronic data automation tools, manage data flows, and develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and Business Objects. The role serves as the primary liaison between program staff and management for data quality assurance, reporting requirements, and training on software applications including Microsoft and Google products.
Keyqualifications:
- Six years of professional experience in data management or analysis and management of business processes and systems, OR a bachelor's degree in business/IT/management with two years of relevant experi
- Database experience and proficiency with Google and Microsoft Suite products
- Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), BOXI (Business Objects XI), or similar reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with ability to ensure work meets standards for timeliness and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with ability to work independently and in teams
