- Provide day-to-day support for LIMS users and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Configure and maintain tests, specifications, methods, templates, and other system master data
- Deliver user training and guidance on LIMS functionality and best practices
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve system-related problems
- Serve as the technical lead for laboratory process improvement initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain LIMS reports and dashboards
- Configure system pages, workflows, and functionality enhancements
- Implement and maintain laboratory instrument interfaces with LIMS
- Support statistical quality control and trending tools
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on upgrades, validation activities, and enhancement projects
- Improve laboratory data management, efficiency, and compliance
- Manage laboratory information and data stored within LIMS
- Generate reports and perform data analysis
- Support statistical analysis, trend interpretation, and investigations
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biological Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting laboratory information systems and/or laboratory operations
- Basic system administration experience
- Knowledge of databases and SQL query development
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as FDA, GMP, GLP, EPA, or similar
- Experience with Lab Vantage LIMS or comparable LIMS platforms
- Experience supporting laboratory instrument integrations
- Familiarity with statistical process control and laboratory data trending tools
- Experience participating in system implementation, validation, or upgrade projects
Demonstrates expertise in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) with a focus on user support, system configuration, and data integrity. Proficient in troubleshooting, statistical analysis, and compliance within regulated environments.
