Position Summary:
Prepare for a precise role where you help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by ensuring a welcoming environment. As a Maintenance Associate, you will keep the parking lot, restrooms, and floor areas clean and safe, walking the floors on your feet to maintain a positive and professional appearance.
$19.00/hr – $26.00/hr
Responsibilities- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations to management.
- Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment, according to company procedures.
- Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and other waste in compliance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them correctly, and place orders to replenish supplies as needed.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates throughout the shift, performing maintenance tasks as required.
