Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to project‑management standards and best practices. This is a hybrid position requiring approximately 3 days per week on site at our Arvada office.
Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Coordinate and manage resources for flawless execution of projects.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Conduct project lessons learned and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Foster a collaborative and high‑performance environment.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of Project Management experience.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project‑management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project‑management software tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance.
A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
