Position: Parts Manager (Agriculture)

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in an agricultural parts business
  • Strong understanding of financial management and inventory control
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard internet applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand, climb, bend, use a computer, and lift 50 lbs regularly
Parts Manager Day‑to‑Day As Our Parts Manager, You Will
  • Lead the parts department and manage staff
  • Maintain accurate inventory control systems
  • Oversee customer service, ensuring timely and professional support
  • Set staff schedules, monitor workloads, and coordinate training
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new team members
  • Promote and merchandise products and accessories
  • Complete required departmental paperwork and conduct physical inventory counts
  • Attend training sessions and educational seminars to strengthen your managerial skills
