- Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, staffing, and service delivery.
- Lead by example through hands‑on member service and problem resolution.
- Coach, train, and mentor Member Service Representatives to strengthen performance, confidence, and engagement.
- Act as a technical and regulatory resource for complex member transactions and products.
- Participate in branch meetings and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives and projects.
- Identify and facilitate relationship‑based cross‑sell opportunities that align with member needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Act as Branch Manager in their absence and assist with supervisory responsibilities.
- 3–5 years of financial services or related member‑focused experience.
- Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff strongly preferred.
- Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to balance operational responsibilities with people leadership.
This is a full‑time, exempt position with a starting annual salary of $63,000, with the opportunity for higher compensation based on experience, education, and qualifications.
