Position: (USA) Member Team Lead

Assist management with supervising associates by assigning duties and providing direction;
Train associates on processes and procedures, and communicate goals and feedback;
Promote membership by informing members about types, programs, and benefits, and assist with memberships and credit accounts;
Provide member service by assisting with purchases, answering questions, and guiding use of self-checkout and services;
Oversee area operations including returns, merchandise zoning, cleanliness, cash handling, and documentation;
Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and evaluating associates; support Open Door Policy and ethical standards;
Collaborate with managers and partners to meet business goals and improve processes;
Lead by example to develop and mentor team members and foster a culture of belonging;
Ensure proper register operation and maintain confidentiality of financial information;
Support marketing events and respond to member needs to drive satisfaction.
