- Lead and oversee a team of Senior and Lead Financial Advisors
- Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership across Advisory Services
- Manage multiple teams through subordinate managers or a large team of professionals
- Ensure advice and recommendations delivered to clients are compliant, appropriate, and aligned with client needs and firm standards
- Mitigate risk to clients and the firm through oversight of advisory practices and a culture of accountability
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to develop talent and strengthen team performance
- Make recommendations to senior management regarding Advisory Services strategy
- Oversee satisfaction of new and existing clients after investment strategies are implemented
- Implement and communicate approved advice solutions to lower-level staff
- Manage resources for Advisory Services offerings within an assigned business unit
- Assist with reports on utilization and profitability of advice offerings
- Build understanding of competitive trends in offers, pricing, and positioning
- Partner with peers to cascade knowledge for business partner support
- Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff and management
- Manage budgeting and staffing resources for a large or multiple departments
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8+ years of total relevant work experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- FINRA Licenses 7 & 66
- CFP achieved
- Demonstrated ability to effectively execute against a defined strategic vision
- Advanced experience across wealth management disciplines, including estate planning and investment management
- Proven experience operating successfully within fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Executive presence and leadership capability to coach, develop, and lead tenured managers and senior financial advisors
- Broad retail financial services acumen encompassing service, sales, and advice
Demonstrates strong leadership and strategic direction in managing Advisory Services, with a focus on compliance, client satisfaction, and team development. Possesses extensive experience in wealth management disciplines and a proven ability to operate in high-growth environments.
