CNC Lathe Programmer-Operator, Prototype Shop

• You thrive setting up and operating 2-axis CNC horizontal and VTL lathes.
• You can also handle setup/operation on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills when needed.
• You’re comfortable using manual machine tools to support CNC work.
• You keep jobs moving—organizing, staging, and transporting materials efficiently.
• You know how to evaluate and requisition tooling and supplies.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  4+ years in machine tool setup and operation within an ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype/job shop environment, working from complex documentation and verbal/written instructions.
• Flexibility:
  Overtime may be required.

• Hourly pay: $35.00–$45.00 (based on skills and experience).
• Night shift differential: additional 15% on top of base pay for nights.
• Pay transparency:
  The range above reflects a good‑faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base + bonus; actual compensation will be set according to your qualifications and may fall outside the range.
