• Physically handle materials used to construct components and finished products to ensure movement of such items is optimized; lift, carry, and stack items as needed.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, some of which may require specialized training.
• Respond attentively to training from foreman or more senior handlers to increase knowledge of work processes.
• Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to self or co‑workers, attend periodic safety meetings as required, and may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). This is an entry‑level position where the incumbent will receive on‑the‑job training.

• Work is performed within a production environment, subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, mechanical parts, increased noise levels and dust.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds.
• May be required to perform specific tasks that involve climbing, lifting, pushing, or kneeling.

In addition to the base wage listed, team members are also eligible to earn an additional incentive subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the location’s active incentive plan for the respective year.

This role is a safety‑sensitive position for which impairment while working presents a substantial risk of death, which means candidates must complete our pre‑employment drug testing process, which includes marijuana.
