About This Role
The Painter is responsible for applying industrial paint finishes to metals or manufactured products. This includes mixing paints and other solutions and monitoring drying to ensure desired results. This role is essential for achieving the desired aesthetic and protective qualities of our products. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of general work experience, with formal training in production painting being a plus.
This is a full-time position.
- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM
- Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00PM - 2:30AM
- Painting Operations: Operating a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. May paint by hand when needed.
- Paint Preparation: Mixing paints and other solutions.
- Finishing Processes: Completing finishing with baking, polishing, or other materials.
- Quality Control: Monitoring drying to ensure desired results.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1+ years of general work experience.
- Physical Requirements: Requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily. Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
- Safety Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.
- Respirator Medical Evaluation: As a condition to employment, applicants who receive a job offer are required to submit to a medical evaluation to confirm their ability to wear a respirator.

- Apprenticeship and/or formal training in production painting.

Compensation will be paid in the range of $19-$27/hr restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
