Forge your Path to Success and join our team! Buffalo Mountain Metals is looking for a Metal Fabricator I in the Silverthorne location.

We are an extension of Turner Morris Commercial Roofing and a trusted provider of sheet metal fabrication and welding services in Colorado since 2006. We serve communities such as Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail, Avon, and Winter Park. We emphasize quality craftsmanship and personalized service, offering custom metal fabrication and intricate welding solutions.

• We are seeking a Metal Fabricator I with beginner to intermediate experience as a fabricator/welder or similar roles.
• Mechanical knowledge with solid ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Hands‑on experience with welding techniques.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for layout and fabrication purposes.
• Operate lifting equipment such as a forklift.
• Identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Safely operate tools like grinders, drills, bandsaws, squares, and forklifts.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required:

use hands for detailed work, stand and walk regularly, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs., kneel, squat, twist, and reach above shoulder throughout the work day.

Full time. 8‑10 hour shift. Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required.

• Experience and/or knowledge of fabricator/welder or similar roles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Knowledge of various welding techniques.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation (preferred).
• Effective and professional communication skills.
