Job Description
As an Assembler Level 4 at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the assembly and production of industrial pump components and pump assemblies, ensuring precision and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
- Train in and operate any cell in ANSIMAG
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions for accurate assembly.
- Primary responsibilities include final pump assembly, light component assembly, test stand support, hydrostatic test stand support, packaging, and shipping.
- Maintain high personal productivity; work independently to meet customer demands and manage workload.
- Identify and report assembly issues or defects to ensure product quality.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and train other employees when necessary.
- Conduct part inspection and measurement with inspection tools (e.g., calipers).
- Work overtime as needed and flex to different areas of production; learn multiple skills.
- Strive to perform tasks beyond daily expectations to improve process efficiency and safety.
- 8+ years of assembly work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret GD&T, complex engineering drawings, and basic shop trigonometry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and machine expertise.
- Experience with quality control processes to ensure product compliance.
- Basic computer skills.
