Production Specialist

Mon‑Fri 8:30am‑5:00pm

Salary Range: $18‑$20 per hour or based on experience

The Production Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Production department through working positions on our filling lines, assisting in production line switchover, and performing other Operations tasks such as pallet building, forklift driving, and shipping. We offer Monday‑Friday schedules, flexible scheduling, and evening hours.

• Efficiently and accurately run filling production lines
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 40 lbs
• Assist in production line cleanup and switchover
• Desire to improve speed and efficiency of the production lines
• Operate in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Move pallets with a forklift or pallet jack (preferred, but not required)
• Flexibility to help assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities, as needed
