Material Handler

Job Responsibilities

As a Material Handler, you will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

• Check goods received and distribution against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain records of goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment and post weights and shipping charges.
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
• Review customer orders, examine, stock and distribute merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.

• A High School Diploma or relevant experience
• Ability to reliably interpret written and visual work instructions
• Ability to work in a clean room environment
