JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for day to day hatchery functions to ensure quality performance resulting in superior quality birds delivered to our growers. The goal of the Embrex Advance Transfer Operator is to ensure the advance transfer robot is operating, keep egg flats spaced evenly on the belt and push full hatch baskets into the hatchers. Notify the lead, management, or maintenance of any process problems.
JOB FUNCTIONS
High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
This position requires that you cannot own or have any contact with animals with feathers, other than those owned by Lincoln Premium Poultry, during your employment with LPP.
