Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Hiring a Packaging/Machine Operator to join a growing production team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn how the company operates from the ground up. The Machine Operator plays a critical role in quality control—breaking down large rolls into smaller ones, inspecting labels, and ensuring flawless product is ready for shipment. • Operate equipment
• Read and follow job backs accurately
• Inspect products thoroughly—this is the final quality check before shipping
• Follow instructions carefully and consistently
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Stay calm and responsive during rush jobs from customers that require quick turnaround

• Sunday:7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Monday & Tuesday:5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday:Every other Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

OR

• Wednesday:Every other Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday & Friday:5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday:Every other Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Wear what makes you comfortable! The dress code is casual and flexible—your own style is welcome. Closed-toe shoes are required; steel-toe shoes are even better for safety.

• Must pass a 5-panel drug test
• Must have a clean background check
• Candidates will also take a pre-employment test (includes basic math and personality questions)
• Reliable transportation is required– the facility is not accessible by public transit
