Barber-Nichols is seeking skilled machinists to join its precision shop where you take a complex drawing from setup to finished part, switching between CNC lathes and manual machines to keep throughput high. You will set up and operate manual machines, plus 2-axis CNC horizontal and VTL lathes and, as needed, 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills.
You’ll work in an ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype environment with day and night shifts; night shift includes a 15% differential.
