As a Process Operator, you will drive manufacturing excellence by operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll leverage computerized controls to optimize production, perform routine inspections, and troubleshoot issues to maximize output.
Beyond the machine, you'll be a key collaborator, working with engineering and quality teams to resolve process challenges and uphold GMP and safety standards. This role requires precision in documentation, a deep understanding of SOPs, and the ability to work independently. or production areas, the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required: a bump cap, safety glasses, and task-appropriate gloves. High-noise areas require hearing protection, while designated dusty zones necessitate respiratory protection. High-visibility vests are mandatory near vehicle traffic. Approved safety footwear must feature protective toes, an Electrical Hazard (EH) rating, and slip-resistant soles.
General dress requirements mandate clean, well-fitting clothing that avoids safety hazards. Secure all loose items: tie back long hair, avoid dangling jewelry, and refrain from wearing loose garments or hoodies near machinery. Open-toe or high-heeled shoes are strictly prohibited in production areas. Employees must maintain their PPE in good condition and immediately report any damaged equipment to their supervisor.
