A well-established, physician-led geriatric practice in the greater Denver metro area is seeking geriatric-oriented nurse practitioners to join their 12-provider group. With a team-based approach and retention-oriented leadership team, find longevity and career satisfaction via this Rocky Mountain metropolitan opportunity.
Nurse practitioners with geriatrics or adults experience in either their RN or NP career encouraged to apply.
Position100% outpatient role via a 4-day work week.
Responsibilities- 8–12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow-ups, acute illness, etc.
- Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management.
- Guaranteed base salary of $120,000–$130,000 with additional bonus structure.
- EPIC EMR and robust support staff onsite.
- Comprehensive benefits: PTO, CME, medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurances included.
- Geriatrics or adult experience as RN or NP.
- Commitment to an outpatient, 4-day work week model.
