Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health A premier home health agency is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality services to patients in the Arvada area. The primary goal of the Home Health Registered Nurse is to help patients return to their highest practicable level of independence and well-being within the community through effective self-management of their health conditions.

When independence is not achievable, the nurse focuses on preparing the patient, family, and caregivers for a seamless continuum of care within the home or other community-based healthcare systems.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited, approved school of professional nursing.

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado in good standing.

• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse. Home health experience is highly preferred.

• Skills: Familiarity with OASIS documentation is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in the patient's language and document all patient-related activities accurately.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
