COMPENSATION BASE RATE$24.50 to $32.50 dependent on experience (includes shift differentials)
$3,000 sign on bonus available to individuals not employed at Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in the last 36 months, with full‑time employment & 1‑year commitment.

Job Description Provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
Essential Duties include but not limited to- Medication/treatment administration & management
- Vital Signs & monitoring
- Wound Care
- Specimen collection
- Routine procedures
- Support activities of daily living
- Emotional Support
- Emergency response
- Collaboration with healthcare team
- CNA supervision
- Documentation, monitoring, & reporting
- Liaison with families
