Position: Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Arvada, CO

This contract opportunity offers involvement in a state-of-the-art Main Operating Room featuring 16 suites and advanced surgical technology. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 12-hour day shifts
• Rotating night and weekend call required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Demonstrated transplant operating room experience is essential
• Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of recent OR nursing experience and current certification (such as CNOR)

Preferred Skill Set:

• Proficiency in procedures including total joints, spine surgeries, transplant (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care within the Main Operating Room for a diverse elective and emergent surgical caseload
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for patients undergoing complex procedures
• Adhere to all unit and infection control policies
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the perioperative process
• Manage instruments, equipment, and supplies, ensuring surgical readiness and patient safety
