  • Travel Rate: $2,280 - $2,320 weekly (based on 40 hrs per week)
  • Local Rate: $2,000 weekly(based on 40 hrs per week)

Floor RN Responsibilities
  • Assess residents, develop and update individualized care plans, and monitor for changes in physical, cognitive, behavioral, or psychosocial condition.
  • Administer medications and ordered treatments, including injections, enteral feedings, IV therapy, and wound care, within the RN’s scope and demonstrated competency.
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and promptly address adverse reactions, emergencies, falls, injuries, or significant changes in condition.
  • Process provider orders and coordinate laboratory work, appointments, consultations, transportation, and follow-up care.
  • Notify providers, supervisors, resident representatives, and interdisciplinary team members of significant changes or concerns.
  • Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation, including assessments, progress notes, care plans, MARs, TARs, admissions, transfers, discharges, and incident reports.
  • Educate residents and their representatives regarding health conditions, medications, treatments, and care plans.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, pharmacy, rehabilitation, social services, dietary, and other disciplines to coordinate resident care.
  • Protect resident rights, dignity, privacy, independence, and personal preferences.
  • Follow infection-control, medication-safety, and facility procedures while assisting with direct care as needed.
Charge RN Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight of the nursing unit and serve as the primary nursing resource during the assigned shift.
  • Prioritize resident care, create or adjust staff assignments, and delegate duties to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other personnel based on scope and competency.
  • Monitor completion and quality of resident care, treatments, documentation, and safety checks.
  • Provide clinical direction, coaching, orientation, and support to nursing and agency staff.
  • Coordinate shift reports, transitions of care, emergency responses, and required notifications or follow-up.
  • Escalate significant resident, staffing, safety, or operational concerns through the appropriate chain of command.
  • Promote compliance with nursing standards, residents’ rights, infection-control requirements, facility policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with staff competencies, quality improvement, pharmacy reviews, survey readiness, and maintenance of a safe care environment.
  • Provide direct resident care, medications, and treatments as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Current, active, and unrestricted Colorado RN license or multistate RN license authorizing practice in Colorado.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
  • Ability to complete all required background checks, health screenings, credentialing, and facility orientation.
  • Ability to independently perform RN duties and appropriately supervise and delegate to nursing personnel.
  • Availability to work assigned shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, geriatrics, memory care, or veterans’ healthcare.
  • Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or team-lead experience.
  • Experience coordinating the work of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records, medication administration, care planning, and change-of-condition documentation.
  • Strong clinical judgment, assessment, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
