Position Summary, Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing activity registrations, managing court rentals, acting as MOD, PCT, private groups, and opening/closing the facility. Process cash, check, and credit card point of sale transactions. Light cleaning and facility responsibilities on occasion. Typical shifts 6:00am-12:00n, 12:00n-5:00pm, and 5:00-10:00pm Sunday-Saturday.
Job Qualifications- Minimum age: 21
- Must have general knowledge of the game of tennis and be familiar with the NTRP rating system. Availability is paramount as we are staffed from 6am to 10pm daily. 10-20 hours per week.
- The ability to string racquets a major plus.
CPR/First Aid/AED certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
Work EnvironmentWork may occur in environments with poor acoustics, distractions, or high activity levels.
Physical Activity(s)Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
