We are seeking an experienced AH-64E Technical Inspector (
Maintenance QC
) to ensure the airworthiness, safety, and quality compliance of assigned aircraft and components. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and certifying critical maintenance actions, reviewing maintenance documentation, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with approved technical publications, customer requirements, and company procedures.
- Perform Quality Control inspections on AH-64E aircraft, systems, and components.
- Inspect and clear critical maintenance actions, including Grounding-X and Circled-X discrepancies.
- Verify maintenance activities comply with OEM manuals, technical publications, and approved procedures.
- Review and audit aircraft maintenance records and historical documentation to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor component life limits, overhaul schedules, and maintenance intervals.
- Support aircraft modifications, upgrades, and special inspection programs.
- Prepare and submit quality reports, PQDRs, and technical documentation as required.
- Conduct facility and maintenance process audits to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Investigate maintenance discrepancies, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Support incident/accident investigations and perform Quality Control Supervisor duties when required.
- Preferably Bachelors, minimum Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Technology, or equivalent.
- FAA A&P License, Military Aviation Maintenance Certification, or MOS 15R (AH-64D/E Attack Helicopter Repairer) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of aviation maintenance including 6 years working on AH-64D/E Apache aircrafts.
- Previous Technical Inspector (TI) and/or Quality Control experience on military aircraft.
- Strong knowledge of TAMMS-A, DA PAM 738-751, TM
-23, and applicable aviation maintenance standards is highly preferred.
- AVUM and AVIM Technical Inspector experience.
- Aircraft modification and configuration control experience.
- Military aviation maintenance and quality assurance background.
- Root cause analysis and maintenance reliability experience.
