Overview
Calling all virtuous bartenders! Looking to live your best mountain life while mixing up killer cocktails, and schooling guests on all things whiskey, alongside a fun/inspiring team of cohorts? Welcome to your next whiskey-centric adventure with Deerhammer Distilling Company!
Qualifications- Top Notch Customer Service Skills
- Positive and Energetic Work Attitude
- Whiskey Knowledge, driven by food, beverage, service excellence. Certifications a plus.
- Willingness to learn to guide a distillery tour for visitors to the distillery
- Interest or experience with beverage production
- High volume craft cocktail experience is a plus.
- Ability to entertain and provide high-level guest experiences
- Ability to work recurring scheduled shifts and pick up shifts when needed. Minimal time off during the summer.
- Follow all sanitation and safety policies
- Maintain bar and premises cleanliness
- POS proficiency (toast)
- Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- This is an hourly + tipped based position offered at $11.79/hour + tips averaging $25-35/hour.
- Requires 2-4 scheduled shifts per week.
- We have free camping available for van-life/RV'ers.
