As a Cashier at Sprouts, you are the face of the company while processing each customer’s order quickly, accurately, and efficiently. You will handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change, provide information to customers, resolve complaints, follow front end procedures, assist with stocking and dusting shelves, maintain knowledge of weekly ad items, direct customers to product locations, and communicate with the front end manager and Head Cashier.

You will also ensure checkout areas remain clean and orderly and perform other duties as assigned.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Have an outgoing, friendly behavior and a positive attitude with the ability to interact with customers.
• Be able to operate front end equipment such as register, calculator, and scanner.
• Be dependable and reliable, able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have good communication skills, take direction, and participate in a team environment.
• Be able to perform repetitive activities, multi‑task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift or carry product weighing up to 30 lbs. and moving carts with up to 35 lbs. of force.
• Have strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and the ability to read, write and count.

The pay range for this position is $16.80 - $21.00 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
