• Communicate and explain Membership types, programs and benefits to current and prospective members to assist with account decisions, build membership levels, encourage renewals, communicate credit card program types and application processes, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provide Customer Member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchase decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns, promote products and services, and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain area of responsibility by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage for the car wash and gas station area.
• Handle claims and returns, zone the area, organize merchandise supplies, identify shrink and damages, and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, organize and maintain the facility following procedures, and keep required logs and documentation.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment to process customer purchases; handle various payment types and items sold.
• Operate and maintain gas station and car wash equipment, providing products and services to customers per company policies and procedures.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
