Job Description
Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer at Mondelēz International – responsible for meeting merchandising needs of customers through communication, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays for world‑famous snack brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit.
Responsibilities- Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
- Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Place orders for shelf and display stock via iPad Tablet to ensure in‑stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
- Monitor and communicate any deviations from negotiated plans between sales representatives and store managers to Mondelēz management.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
- Support seasonal sales and new product launches through enhanced displays.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
- Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of working independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasional handling of up to 50 lbs. Includes moving products from stock rooms to store floors.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Arvada, CO; secondary locations include Broomfield, CO and Westminster, CO.
- Availability Tuesday through Saturday, starting no later than 7 am.
Hourly compensation ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 based on experience.
