Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services;
Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and organizing displays; sign and price merchandise; secure fragile items;
Maintain the Sales Floor by handling claims/returns, zoning area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Receive and stock merchandise and complete necessary paperwork and documentation;
Operate cash registers and process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
