Job Summary

Pay Range: $20.00 - $42.60 per hour. Responsible for achieving sales budgets and providing an exceptional shopping experience to every customer through established company guidelines concerning sales, customer service, and staff training and development.

Responsibilities
  • Drive customer service excellence by teaching and adhering to the P’s of retail:
    People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion, and Pro Services.
  • Engage customers to provide a quality shopping experience and ensure store associates deliver high‑quality customer service.
  • Strategically merchandize and utilize company merchandising guidelines to outline practices.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, safety and security of customers and employees in accordance with loss prevention and risk management procedures.
  • Support the Chief Executive Merchant by modeling and enhancing seamless customer service, creating a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick environment.
  • Work as KCM or Manager on Duty as required.
  • Conduct weekly competitive shops and communicate pricing and inventory issues to the senior team.
  • Analyze business reports (e.g., P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to position merchandise, inventory, and pricing effectively.
  • Use point of sale and computer systems to maintain accurate inventory, cycle counts, profit and loss management, shipping, and receiving of inventory.
  • Ensure brand standards and operating standards meet or exceed expectations to support brand consistency.
  • Interface with corporate headquarters employees.
  • Ensure maximum scheduling coverage during peak traffic periods.
  • Review and assess associate performance, train, develop, supervise, and define workloads as appropriate.
  • Monitor associate retention and career development; communicate improvement efforts to the Chief Executive Merchant.
  • Address and document unsatisfactory performance and policy violations through disciplinary action and performance counseling.
Qualifications
  • Three to five years of retail management experience with proven ability to direct operations.
  • Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
  • Initiative and self‑starter mindset.
  • Proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s overall market share.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent exposure to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
  • Noise level typically quiet to moderate.
Physical and Sensory Requirements

Physical work requires the ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20–30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly, to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is required.

    Monday
    - Friday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM;
    Saturday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM;
    Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Pickup

    Hours:

    Monday
    - Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM;
    Saturday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM;
    Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
