Lead store staff in the absence of management and supervise the crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities;
Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews;
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture;
Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signs, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise;
Reset departments following planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise
