Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, and others in front of in-store employees
- Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales and displays
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing the company
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced work environment (repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs)
- Occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Arvada, CO)
