Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. From everyday needs to special occasions, members need you as their mini tour guide to locate the special product. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders or helping members while stocking shelves.

This fast‑paced, physically demanding role is like working at the gym – maintaining the shelves, unloading trucks, and supporting members.

Provide member service by acknowledging and supporting member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Maintain safety of the facility, conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, dispose of hazardous materials safely, and report unsafe situations.

Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies by properly zoning, stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; signing and pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile items.

Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.

Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change and learn from feedback.

Assist with club pick‑up orders throughout the day, staging products according to company policy.
